Prof. D. L. Sunder is a faculty member in the area of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. He has more than 32 years of industrial, teaching and consulting experience. He worked in various organisations like HMT Ltd., Indian Carburettors Ltd., etc., before moving to teaching. He has several publications to his credit in national and international journals. His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Innovation. He has offered consulting services to various Ministries of the Central Government and Departments of the State Governments for their World Bank-supported projects.
An Assistant Professor (Psychology) at IIM Indore, Prof. Vaijayanthee Anand holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour from IIT Madras. Her Ph.D. research has significantly contributed to the area of work-related well-being in the Police Force. She continues to work (research and teaching) in the areas of well-being and occupational health. Besides being trained in organisational psychology, she has been trained in the field of victimology and has immensely contributed to victim assistance programmes in India and Japan.

She has been involved in many projects of national importance, such as police suicide, road rage, and victim crisis management. Her experience in the corporate sector includes projects with the governments of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand, where she developed psychometric tools for blue-collar workers. Prof. Vaijayanthee has published in reputed international journals and books. Her research areas include organisational health, occupational stress and well-being, coping, positive psychology, criminal justice behaviour, and victimology. She teaches a variety of courses such as mental health at work, advertising psychology, political psychology, and community mental health at IIM Indore.
